An ARTICULATED FRONT END BUCKET LOADER is a self-propelled wheeled machine with an integral front mounted bucket-supporting structure and linkage, which loads or excavates through forward motion of the machine, and lifts, transports and discharges material.

According to legislation, it is the employers responsibility to ensure mobile plant operators have been properly trained in the safe use of the particular machine. A drivers licence endorsement is not sufficient!

After successful completion of our course, participants will:

  • Understand their legal responsibilities and duties

  • Understand the design dynamics and limitations of a bucket loader

  • Know the procedures for the safe operation of a loader

  • Know the required pre-start checks

  • Know the common hazards and accidents associated with loaders

  • Receive a digital certificate as proof of test completed
